Job Title: Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist (Grade 3)
About the Role
This is a Permanent Part Time position at 32 hours per fortnight within the Long Term Follow-Up Program, Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.
You will be responsible for the provision of neuropsychological services to children and adolescents who have received cancer treatment and are now in the survivorship phase of their cancer journey. You will assess and manage patients in multi-disciplinary clinics, perform individual assessments and liaise with schools and community health teams.
Classification for this position will range from PL1-PL4 (FTE base salary $108,280-$123864 per annum, plus superannuation).

About the Department
The Long Term Follow-Up Program (LTFP) is the state-wide paediatric cancer survivorship service supporting over 600 children and adolescents annually to manage their cancer treatment related late effects until the age of 18. The program delivers multi-disciplinary care based on the individual’s ongoing needs and supports transition to adult or community services.
Clinical supervision for the role is provided through the Children’s Cancer Centre Psycho-Oncology team.
