About the role:
Wadja Aboriginal Family Place is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to cover extended leave at 21 hours per fortnight from 1 January 2027 to 30 September 2027. This is a part-time, Fixed Term position.
The successful applicant will work alongside the Director of Wadja Aboriginal Place to ensure the highest quality and culturally appropriate clinical care to patients and families.
In addition to proven clinical skills, the successful applicant must have proven Operational and People Leadership expertise and have demonstrated ability and experience in the implementation of organisational-wide change initiatives, including transformation of work practices and service delivery models.
Classification for this position is in accordance with Award 31 - Fractional Senior Medical Officers.
