About the Role:
Western Health’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is growing, with new programs and service development across Melbourne’s western corridor. We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team as a Mental Health Educator, supporting workforce capability across our community mental health services.
This is a supernumerary education role based within the Outer Community Team in Melton. The position focuses on developing the skills and confidence of clinicians through education, mentoring and supervision. The role does not carry a clinical caseload.
You will work with a multidisciplinary workforce including nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and other allied health clinicians to strengthen clinical capability and support recovery-oriented practice across community mental health settings.
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Service provides specialist mental health care across Melbourne’s western region, supporting people across the lifespan. Our services operate across community, hospital and rehabilitation settings and include multidisciplinary teams working alongside lived experience workers, consumers and carers.
