About the role
As the Virtual Ward Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality virtual care within a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment. You will provide day-to-day leadership, clinical support and escalation guidance to the virtual nursing team, while coordinating patient assessments and intake to ensure timely access to care.
Working collaboratively with the Manager, Medical Team, Nursing Team and Clinical Development Nurse, you will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of innovative, outcome-focused models of care for our patients and carers.
