About the role:
The Clinical Adoption Officer plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and ongoing optimisation of CareSync Exchange, Victoria's statewide health information sharing system. CareSync Exchange supports more connected care and better patient outcomes across Victorian Public Health Services.
This role is responsible for supporting health services post-implementation, working closely with clinical teams to embed the system into everyday clinical practice. It involves leading and facilitating adoption of CareSync Exchange through target training, clear communication and workflow optimisation.
