Client Success Lead – Digital Products
The Client Success Lead - Digital Products is responsible for the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of a digital platform that supports sustainability education in Victorian schools. The role combines digital product management and leadership, customer success and stakeholder engagement to maximise the value and impact of the platform.
ResourceSmart Schools Online plays an important role in helping schools take meaningful action on climate change. This position provides a unique opportunity to combine digital innovation, customer engagement and environmental impact.
Working with schools, commercial customers, program delivery partners and technology providers, the role ensures the platform delivers a high-quality user experience while supporting the achievement of educational and environmental outcomes. The position is responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing platform operations, coordinating product enhancements and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback, business needs and performance insights.
The Client Success Lead – Digital Products also manages key supplier and contractual relationships, supports strategic planning and reporting activities, and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the ResourceSmart Schools program. As an active member of the Education team, the role contributes to branch and departmental priorities and supports a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing culture.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
