About Us
At State Trustees, we support Victorians from all walks of life with their financial and legal affairs, particularly during life's most important and challenging moments.
As a Victorian Government-backed organisation, we provide trusted services that help people plan, protect, and manage their affairs with confidence, ensuring peace of mind when it matters most.
About the Team
Our Financial Administration teams provide supportive services to assist clients in ensuring financial security, management of legal interests and access to entitled benefits. The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) has determined these clients should have their financial affairs administered by State Trustees.
Our Primary Support teams support our clients in managing their day to day financial affairs. This support includes (but is not limited to) ensuring our clients received all their entitlements, managing their day to day expenses and assisting in budgeting for ongoing financial stability.
About the Role
Internally known as a Personal Financial Consultant, you will provide personal and tailored support to help individuals who, due to disability, illness or injury are unable to manage their financial and legal affairs and have been appointed by VCAT.
You will have a direct impact on providing quality service and support to clients allocated across the team whilst working closely with other consultants to assist them with financial administration support. You will be required to make quick, client focused decisions, in consultation with clients, whilst working in a cross-collaborative business unit.
