An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Environmental Services Team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group.
Reporting to the Hotel Services Operations Team Leader, this role provides waste services throughout hospital buildings and other facilities. This position is to provide a clean, pleasant and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff supports all WGHG campuses.
We are seeking applications from motivated, experienced and enthusiastic people to support and enable waste solutions focused waste collection and management to support stakeholders in a busy healthcare environment, with a willingness to accept a challenge and whom enjoys working within a large team.
This is a part time position of 16 hours per fortnight, to be worked from Monday-Friday 16:00-20:00. Additional hours may be offered if available. We offer a friendly, team focused work environment, comprehensive orientation to the department and organisation, in house salary packaging and free car parking.
Our preferred candidate will have a responsible and mature work attitude and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety obligations. Desirable but not essential Skills & Experience include Experience in cleaning, Understanding of Infection Control standards
