Chief Information Officer
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) is an integral member of the executive leadership team with responsibility for leading eight critical functions; cyber security, business intelligence, communication operations, ICT communication programs, IT infrastructure & operations, business solutions, enterprise architecture, and commercial. The CIO has a opportunity to transform the organisation during a significant period of change and reform.
We seek an established CIO executive with demonstrated capacity to deliver ICT functions within an environment of similar scale and complexity. You will bring a strong client service approach, along with a compliance focus, that improves business processes and enabling systems to deliver positive public administration outcomes. Relationship based, you'll engage internal and external stakeholders and lead the ICT team the majority of whom are located in Burwood head office with an expectation of travel to regional offices and fire brigades to engage with staff and volunteers. You will work closely with members of the CFA Board including as the executive sponsor of Board sub-committees.
