Central Highlands Rural Health are currently accepting applications for qualified Chef/Trade Cook to join the Hotel Services team on a permanent part-time basis, based at our Creswick campus.
Our Creswick Trade Cook/Chef reports to the Manager Hotel Services and works within the Central Highlands Rural Health policies and procedures.
The position requires the preparation and supply of meals for Acute, Aged Care and Meals on Wheels and special events.
Responsibilities include the ordering of provisions in accordance with the approved menu, supervision of the Kitchen Hands on duty and liaison with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen operates according to the set guidelines.

Details of Appointment:
Permanent part-time position cotracted to work 16 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to work up to 76 hours.
The position is based at Creswick.
Shifts may include weekend rotations.
