Our Creswick Trade Cook/Chef reports to the Manager Hotel Services and works within the Central Highlands Rural Health policies and procedures.
The position requires the preparation and supply of meals for Acute, Aged Care and Meals on Wheels and special events.
Responsibilities include the ordering of provisions in accordance with the approved menu, supervision of the Kitchen Hands on duty and liaison with other kitchen staff to ensure that the kitchen operates according to the set guidelines
Details of Appointment: Hours: 80 hours availbe per fortnight Ongoing (Job share considered)
Salary: Subject to qualifications - Trade Cook @ $33.27 or Chef $36.00 per hour

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
