The Opportunity:
Holmesglen at Eildon is a unique and vibrant campus dedicated to providing immersive learning experiences in a picturesque, natural setting. Located in the heart of Victoria's Yarra Valley, the campus offers a range of specialised programs and training opportunities in areas such as outdoor leadership, environmental management, and hospitality.
This Chef role works closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals. You'll support the delivery of catering services - breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and refreshments - on time, within budget, and to expected standards. Duties also include stock control, hygiene maintenance, and contributing to smooth daily kitchen operations. Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality food in a fast-paced team environment.
