The Change Manager, Parks Victoria Transition is responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of projects and change activities that support the effective transition of regulatory services from Parks Victoria to the Conservation Regulator. The role provides expert project and change management to ensure the transition is planned, implemented and embedded in a way that maintains service continuity, supports staff and stakeholders, and delivers intended public value outcomes.
Working across multiple business areas, the position leads end‑to‑end transition initiatives, including change impact assessment, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement and implementation oversight, ensuring changes are sustainable and aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
