About this Opportunity
This is a VPS6 2-year fixed term opportunity.
The Change Manager is responsible for leading the change delivery activities, ensuring technology enabled and process driven changes are successfully adopted, embedded and sustained for a VIDA Project Office. The role ensures that change initiatives uplift organisational capability together with streamlining ways of working, processes and systems developed through our strategy. This role provides dedicated business transformation and change leadership capability ensuring that people, process and technology changes are effectively sequenced and delivered to achieve sustained transformation outcomes. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities for this role include developing and delivering change strategies and artefacts that enable long term adoption in a complex and evolving environment.
