About the role
Working as part of the project team leading our Capital Works Program, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of our major and minor capital works plans.
You will be responsible for the designing and delivering change management plans for assigned regional office projects, managing stakeholder engagement plans, enabling change readiness, and producing change communications.
You will also work with regional managers to manage and implement change, building staff and stakeholder resilience and driving staff adoption of new ways of working during design development through to site occupation.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country, however some travel to regional offices is required.
