About the Project
As part of the Training Enhancement Program, CFA is embarking on a transformative step to integrate Virtual Reality into CFA's training framework to enhance training and skill development for volunteers. By investing in advanced Virtual Reality technology, CFA will ensure accessible, effective and innovative training for its volunteers.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Change and Implementation Champion who thrives on connecting people, leading meaningful projects and turning strategy into action.
In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in the final stage of rolling out our innovative Virtual Reality toolkits for our volunteers across CFA regions state-wide. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you'll work closely with internal teams and volunteers to shape and embed practical systems and processes that support successful implementation of the Virtual Reality tool kits at a local level, which will set the stage for long-term improvements in training and skills development across CFA.
About You
You'll be someone who builds trust easily, communicates clearly and brings others on the journey. Your ability to listen, influence and guide others – particularly across diverse groups – will be key to ensuring the project's success. Your passion for leading and supporting people through change will be evident as you support implementation activities and carefully navigate challenges.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a project that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery – ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and energised by collaboration. A strong understanding of a volunteer-based environment will help you tailor suitable solutions.
Your high level written and verbal communication skills will be essential – not only for maintaining clear lines of communication, but also for preparing concise reports, documentation and advice for senior leaders and operational teams.
A detailed position description and project scope is attached.
