About the role
Barwon Health is implementing two significant People Plus projects - the implementation of a new HRIS and Electronic Rostering solution.
Reporting to the Senior Change & Training Manager, the Change Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the People Plus projects meets objectives on time and on budget by assisting Health Services to implement the systems into their normal operations.
Working with the Senior Change & Training Manager, this role will work to drive faster adoption and a high level of proficiency with the People Plus projects.

About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.
