Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a motivated leader to take charge of our high-performing Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) team. This is your chance to step into a senior role where your specialised skills will make a lasting impact on patient outcomes and service excellence.
The Position:
In this role you will oversee the day to day running of the CSSD and work in collaboration with the Perioperative leadership team to ensure the needs and services of our consumers are met. To be successful in this role you will provide effective leadership, direction and supervision to the instrument technician team ensuring appropriate departmental policies and procedures are in place and followed.

BRHS's Perioperative Suite delivers exceptional care across a wide range of surgical services, supported by both local and visiting specialists. Our multidisciplinary team—including technical and support staff—works cohesively to provide high-quality health services to the East Gippsland community.
