About the Physiotherapy Department:
The Physiotherapy Department is committed to promoting the highest levels of care for our patients. In realising this goal, the department will lead and excel in research, teaching and the use of person-centred evidence-based practice. The department provides services on all three campuses of Austin Health, from the Emergency Department through to bed-based services and ongoing ambulatory care.
About the role:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physiotherapists to join our Weekend Casual team, supporting a variety of services across Austin Health. This is a dynamic opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care across Orthopaedics, Acute and Deteriorating, Discharge Senior, Stroke/Neurology, and Subacute settings.
A day in the role will see you:
Orthopaedics
Acute & Deteriorating – ICU & Outreach Service (12:00–18:00 Sat or Sun)
Discharge Senior – Sunday Shift
Stroke/Neurology – 4-hour Saturday or Sunday
Subacute – Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital 3-hour Sat; RTRC 4-hour Sat or Sun
