About the Role
The Owners Corporation Practice Area
The Owners Corporation Registry team at VCAT provides administrative and case management support for disputes relating to Owners Corporations under the Owners Corporations Act. Common disputes relate to the collection of unpaid owners fees, as well as the use and management of common property and areas within subdivided land, such as apartments and units.
The Case Officer is a key administrative role supporting VCAT's day-to-day case management functions by ensuring matters are progressed efficiently, comply with legislative and procedural requirements and are hearing ready.
