Your new role
We have an opportunity for someone to join our Complaints and Assessments team as a Capability Lead on a full-time, fixed term basis to 30 June 2027. Reporting to the Project Manager CAS Transformation, the role will lead the development of capability in the CAS division, identify and address capability gaps, establish frameworks and standards and drive adoption of effective practices and technologies. This is an opportunity to contribute to the successful transformation of the complaints and assessment function at IBAC.

Citizenship – to be eligible for employment with IBAC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.
