Position: Carer Peer Support Worker - Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a passionate and values-driven Carer Peer Support Worker to join our Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
This is a lived experience role for someone who personally understands the journey of supporting an older person with mental health challenges. Drawing on your experience as a family member, carer, or loved one, you will provide meaningful peer support to families and carers, helping them feel heard, informed, empowered, and connected.
You will work as part of the Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service and the broader Lived & Living Experience Workforce, contributing your unique perspective as an equal and valued member of the multidisciplinary team.
