About RMH & the team:
RMH Mental Health Services has a well-developed Carer Lived Experience program and is continuing to grow. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead, develop, and support our Carer Lived Experience workforce. This leadership role sits within the senior team, working closely with the Director of Carer Lived Experience and other key stakeholders.
Your new role:
This is a new and critical role responsible for leading and shaping the Carer Lived Experience workforce and programs, including our innovative group program. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, strong communication, and achievement of KPIs and activity-based funding targets.
The role requires strong alignment with Carer Lived Experience values and principles, along with knowledge of relevant frameworks, legislation, and best practice. You will ensure carers, families, and supporters remain central to service delivery, while supporting workforce capability through education, supervision, and ongoing development across RMH Mental Health Services.
