A fixed term opportunity exists to join the strategic arm of the Department of Education's Communications Division, as a Campaign Manager until 30 June 2026.
Our Division
The Communications Division leads, shapes and supports communication of Victorian Government priorities for early childhood development and school education. The Division is responsible for taking carriage of the Government's Education State vision by engaging with Victorians on education issues and services. We tell these stories through media relations, internal and external communications, branding, digital channels, public affairs and event management.
About the Role
As a Campaign Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of a brand new digital-led advertising campaign and communication strategies that focus on creating awareness and consideration amongst our key audience.
You will be responsible for implementation across multiple paid, and mostly digital, channels including social, display, video and print channels. The role will include oversight of CALD translations.
You'll work in collaboration with the broader schools portfolio team to tailor the campaign for priority audiences and work with policy teams on shaping communications solutions and be part of a fun, collaborative team environment.
The Campaign Manager reports to the Assistant Director - Schools, the role does not have any direct reports, but sits within a collaborative and collegiate campaign team.
