About the role
The Cabinet Express Support Officer supports the work of the Ministerial and Government Services team in delivering services to the Secretary and Ministers by ensuring that end users questions about Cabinet Express systems are investigated and answered and that end users have the knowledge and ability to use the Cabinet Express system effectively. The Cabinet Express Support Officer also delivers Cabinet Express training, identifies and implements improvements and provides general administration support to the Branch as required.
