The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Business Support Supervisor – Gippsland to provide a critical role at Corrections and Justice Services.
About the Business Unit
The South Area Network accounts for approximately 500 staff over 14 locations. The non-custodial locations are located at Bairnsdale, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Lilydale, Morwell, Moorabbin, Pakenham, Ringwood, Rosebud, Sale, Warragul and Wonthaggi, with Dandenong and Morwell also being the Regional Offices.
Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place, a residential program location, is based at Macks Creek near Yarram.
About the Role
The role will oversee service delivery performance and implement systems for monitoring quality and continuously improving services. They will need to develop strong relationships with program managers and stakeholders across the region to gain a comprehensive understanding of service requirements and negotiate outcomes. The role manages a range of sensitive and confidential information and is required to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines whilst being proficient in maintaining accurate records and documenting processes.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Office software (ie. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with an ability to use Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and electronic document management systems such as TRIM.
Qualifications
A current full Victorian Drivers Licence is essential
