The Business Support Officer supports the achievement of departmental objectives relating to planning and public land management by providing high-quality administrative and case management support to the Planning and Environment Assessment team. A key focus of the role is the accurate and timely upload and management of records and other documentation in the team's case management system, ensuring information is accessible, up to date and supports service delivery.
The position also offers a growth opportunity, to assist with non-complex planning and related matters with mentoring from the team. The Business Support Officer works collaboratively with members of the statewide Planning and Environment Assessment branch and other key stakeholders.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
