With a focus on customer service and effective working relationships, the Business Support Officer – Attwood is to meet and greet all visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, and ensure no unauthorized persons enter the DEECA controlled areas of the site. The position reports to the Lead Facilities Manager – Metro.
In this position you will be required to have a strong understanding and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
The position will work with a range of site based DEECA stakeholders, business leaders, consultants, and a broad range of service providers, to deliver a wide range of concierge and reception services at the Attwood site. The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of work across the Attwood site, along with service programs which deliver services across the broader Business Operations team.
The position will provide concierge services including the management of the security services to the site, issuing of security and access passes, receiving and signing in of visitors, providing assistance to all visitors and staff, managing meeting rooms, logging facilities maintenance issues and requests, providing support to managing contractors and service providers to the site, distribution of mail, management of a range of expendable supplies, and management of the site pool vehicle fleet.
