THE ROLE
The Business Support Officer provides high-quality administrative, coordination and business support services to the Tenancy Services team within Disability Homes Victoria.
The role contributes to the effective delivery of tenancy services by coordinating business processes, maintaining business systems and records, preparing operational reports and business documentation, supporting service delivery activities and assisting with the planning, coordination and monitoring of operational programs.
Working collaboratively across the team, the Business Support Officer supports efficient business operations, data integrity, compliance, continuous improvement and high-quality customer service outcomes.
The role is responsible for ensuring tenancy matters are managed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (1997) (Victoria), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) requirements, departmental policies and operational procedures while identifying emerging risks and escalating matters as appropriate.
