THE ROLE
The current HOP Directorate unit will become known as the Program Coordination and Support (PCS) Team from 1 July. In this role the Business Support Officer (BSO) will provide a range of business and project support to the Manager, and Senior Adviser by assisting with quality assurance for all briefing documents and other correspondence and assisting with the coordination of branch business and project reporting to ensure critical business and project activities of the units are completed within the required timeframes and to departmental standards.. The BSO will be a pivotal point of contact with key internal stakeholders within Homes Victoria and the wider department and will be able to adapt to changing priorities while working in a dynamic and changing environment.
