About the Business Unit:
Victims, Redress and System Reform. (VRSR)is part of the Community Safety, Victims and Racing (CSVR) within Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS). VRSR is responsible for the delivery and reform of services to victims of crime, placing victims at the centre of the justice process.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Victims and Justice Operations, the Business Support Officer will provide confidential administrative support to the Director. These include administrative tasks for daily operations including accounts and finance, document management, data and reporting, conference attendance and travel, preparation and dissemination of complex correspondence and detailed reports as well as be the initial point of contact for inquiries, facilities and logistics for serv ice delivery. The role also supports broader VRSR administrative functions or special projects as required.
Working with the Executive Assistant and Administrative Support Officer, this role will be required to work collaboratively to ensure that each Director/Executive Director's office is managed in an effective and efficient manner.
