About the role
*This is a Fixed Term position until June 2027*
The Business Support Officer provides day-to-day administrative support to the Road Safety Victoria Executive team. This includes managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and supporting processes like briefings, correspondence, procurement, and record keeping. The role works closely with the Executive Director, managers, and team members to keep operations running smoothly. They support and influence staff across the division by ensuring tasks are organised and completed efficiently. Success in this role helps the team stay on track, improves communication, and ensures key activities are delivered on time.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
