The Business Support Officer provides administration, project, program and financial support to the Director Employee Relations, Safety and Wellbeing (the Director) and broader Employee Relations, Safety and Wellbeing Branch. The role reports to the Senior Advisor and will assist the Director and broader Employee Relations, Safety and Wellbeing Branch with the preparation of correspondence, documents and information targeted to audience and stakeholder needs.
The role will provide secretariat support to the department’s Safety and Wellbeing Consultative Committees, and assist with general administrative, coordination, and financial support to the Branch. The role requires an individual who is highly organised with a strong service delivery focus, able to prioritise tasks and conflicting workloads, with excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
