About the role
This is a fixed term role till October 2026. The Business Support Officer role provides essential day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Resilience and Emergency Coordination (REC) Branch’s ongoing and project work programs. It is responsible for maintaining program registers, preparing weekly and monthly reports, managing document control, invoicing and receipting, and coordinating meetings. The position also plays a key role in prioritising and responding to incoming issues, ensuring smooth business operations across the branch.

The role demands excellent organisational and written communication skills to coordinate office operations, manage information flow, and ensure accurate, timely follow-up of corporate activities in line with policy and protocol.
