About the role: This position requires in-office presence five days per week at 205 Queensberry St, Carlton.
The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (the Collaborative Centre) is seeking a proactive and adaptable Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office, supporting multiple teams, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture.
The Business Support Officer plays a key role in maintaining a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment, supporting efficient office operations, effective governance and stakeholder engagement, and seamless coordination of executive priorities and organisational activities. The role contributes to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and responsiveness.
