ROLE SUMMARY:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director Fleet, Equipment and Clothing, ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings, governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation by sourcing and consolidating information from portfolio teams and relevant stakeholders.
Support the preparation and coordination of Director-level reporting including board papers, executive briefings, risk reporting, audit responses and other governance documentation to ensure information is accurate, complete and delivered within required timeframes.
Provide secretariat support for meetings and governance forums chaired by the Director including preparing agendas, coordinating papers, recording minutes and tracking actions arising from meetings.
This position requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail and the incumbent will need to be able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of the Fleet Equipment and Clothing team. This role will need to be flexible and provide high quality administrative support to the managers within the Fleet Equipment and Clothing Fleet Equipment and Clothing team.

As the largest road rescue network in Australia we have specialist teams that provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents. We assist Victoria Police in search and rescue operations, and play an important role in supporting the Country Fire Authority (CFA), Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Parks Victoria and the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
