Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About the Role
The Business Services Officer will oversee the daily management of all accommodation and facility-related operations at VCAT. You will ensure a smooth delivery of building, asset, business and fleet services to staff and members, while maintaining a high standard of customer excellence.
You will act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders and support a range of business functions that contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the workplace.

There are 2 x fixed term opportunities available: 1 x part time 0.8 FTE until 18 May 2027 and 1 x full time position until 30 June 2027
About You
We are looking for candidates who have knowledge of fleet, facilities, asset management and relevant policies and compliance standards.
You will ideally have experience in contract, vendor and budget management together with managing building safety systems and addressing hazards.
