About the Role
An exciting, 12-month, full time opportunity has become available for a proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented Business Services Officer. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring enquiries and issues are managed effectively and appropriately prioritised on behalf of executive management and staff.
You will provide trusted and confidential administrative support across a broad range of activities, including the preparation of correspondence, presentations, briefing notes and reports. The role also involves researching, sourcing and analysing information, coordinating diaries and travel arrangements, scheduling appointments and undertaking basic financial administration, including the creation of purchase orders and processing transactions in accordance with CFA standards and procedures.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects and initiatives, providing valuable support while gaining exposure to a diverse range of business activities.
This is a busy and varied role that would suit a motivated and professional administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is keen to contribute to an organisation that plays a vital role in supporting Victorian communities.

You will bring advanced computer skills, in Microsoft Office, with the ability to identify process improvements that enhance business outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience as part of a supportive team, in a challenging and rewarding emergency services environment.
