SC1. Demonstrated capacity to lead and contribute to the development of the Education Support team and to build the capacity of program leaders to effectively utilise resources.

SC4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing the maintenance of the school's physical resources. Capacity to manage OHS, maintenance and improvement of the school's three campuses to ensure compliance with DE standards.
SC5. Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead the implementation of organisation change, including the capacity to introduce and prioritise workflows.
SC6. Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills, with high-level written and verbal communication skills, including high-level competence in digital technology.
The Business Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic financial advice to the principal and overseeing administration, finance, HR, facilities and OH&S across the school. The Business Manager will be required to ensure the efficient and effective implementation as well as manage the delivery, evaluation and improvement of the following services within the school.

This is an intensive English Language Program for students who are newly arrived in Victoria and are preparing for learning in mainstream schools.
This position is based at Whitehorse Campus (120 Eley Rd, Burwood East) and at times attending the Maroondah Campus (431 Maroondah Hwy, Croydon North).
Blackburn English Language School (ELS) has been operating for over 30 years and provides full time, intensive English courses for both primary and secondary newly-arrived migrants, refugees and International students.
