About the Ambulatory Service
Ambulatory Services comprises Specialist Clinics and the Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC), including the Transit Lounge, and forms part of the Access, Critical Care, Imaging and Ambulatory Services (ACIA) Division. The service delivers a broad range of outpatient, ambulatory and day treatment services, supporting patients across the continuum of care through specialist assessment, treatment, chronic disease management and care coordination. Collectively, these services play a critical role in improving patient access, flow and experience while supporting high-quality, safe and sustainable care delivery.
About the role
The Business Manager – Ambulatory Services is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial, operational and strategic performance of Specialist Clinics and the Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC/TL). Working closely with the Divisional Manager the role provides expert advice across financial management, performance analysis, business planning, service improvement and strategic reform initiatives. The position plays a critical role in ensuring services are financially sustainable, data-informed and responsive to demand, while supporting improved patient access, flow and outcomes across Ambulatory Services.

You are a commercially astute and analytical leader with experience in financial management, business planning, performance reporting and service improvement within a complex healthcare environment.
