SC1 Demonstrate exemplary financial analysis, financial management and financial reporting skills. This will assume experience with the entire CASES 21 Finance module and ideally knowledge of the COMPASS financial management module.
SC2 Demonstrated experience in budget development and analysis associated with both the schools¿ local budget and the Student Resource Package.
SC3 An excellent knowledge of employment conditions and current human resource management policies and practices for all staff employed at the school as well as proven experience in using eduPay, and CASES21.
SC4 Demonstrated ability to work independently, flexibly, lead an office team and work constructively with all relevant teams within a busy environment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
SC4 Highly developed administrative, organisational and management skills with a demonstrated ability to utilise effective time management strategies, establish priorities, organise work patterns to meet deadlines and effectively manage office personnel.
SC5 Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with the leadership team and all members of the school community with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

Under the direction of the Principal, the position of Business Manager has a broad leadership and management responsibility, particularly in the areas of finance, human resource and facilities. This role will require an ability to work effectively in a multi campus 7-12 environment.
The Business Manager will usually undertake tasks that affect the whole school. The role seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives:
The main objective of the Business Manager role is to provide leadership to the Principal in the areas of finance & budgeting, administration and enrolments, human resources for education support staff and support to the School Council.
