The successful applicant will be employed at the either our 15 Mile Creek or Bogong Campus through negotiation.
The Business Manager is an integral and valued member of the school¿s leadership team and assists the Principal and Campus Principals in facilitating and maintaining a highly professional school operation which best serves the needs of the students, staff, families and community.
The Business Manager becomes accountable for the ongoing delivery of key business, finance and HR services that are integral to the strategic resource management of the school.
The Business Manager will work to understand existing school processes, anticipate future needs and assists in forward planning as we progress in the development of our school.
The Business Manager is customer service focused, warm and highly professional, models strong public-sector values, and effectively deals with competing priorities and pressures. The Business Manager also provides supportive leadership and development of the education support team.
The Business Manager embraces the challenge of the new, is open to learning and brings a solution-focused mindset to challenges and effectively manages change and resources.

Outdoor School is a Victorian Department of Education & Training residential outdoor school providing "Education for Sustainable Living". Our educative purpose is ¿to develop
future ready young people¿. This position is currently based at our Bogong Campus, however this can be negotiated.
