About the Role:
The Business Improvement Lead is responsible for identifying, leading and delivering business improvement initiatives across the Office of the State Building Surveyor (OSBS). Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. You will facilitate discussions, analyse data and insights, lead projects and support change initiatives to embed improved ways of working across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence organisational outcomes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the achievement of OSBS strategic priorities.

The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.
It supports the growing Victorian community through the developments of harms-based regulation that is proactive and informed by data and intelligence. The BPC regulates for better consumer outcomes and is committed to safety, compliance and buildings that last.
