Engaging with business stakeholders to analyse and define reporting requirements and metrics, translating them into user stories and clear outputs.
Providing recommendations on reporting solutions and best practices while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
Supporting data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and dashboards.
Maintaining and prioritising the reporting backlog in line with business priorities and project timelines.
Contributing to process improvements and innovation in how data is presented, shared, and utilised across VHBA.
