Austin Health Pathology is a leading accredited pathology provider delivering high-quality diagnostic services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Supporting hospitals, clinicians and local communities, we offer comprehensive pathology testing backed by specialist expertise, research, education and innovation. Our regional laboratories are supported by our 24/7 Heidelberg laboratory, providing a full range of diagnostic services and specialist capabilities.
About the role
As the Business Analyst/Informatics – Pathology you will provide high-level analytical, operational and project support to the Pathology leadership team, enabling informed decision-making, service optimisation and successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
You will work across both day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects, translating clinical, operational, IT and financial requirements into actionable insights, process improvements and implementable solutions that support safe, efficient and sustainable pathology services.
