About the role:
The Business Analyst supports the analysis and documentation of business requirements for technology‑enabled initiatives within the Strategic Advisory and Engagement function.
The role works with stakeholders and project teams to understand business processes, needs and issues, and assists with the preparation of clear and accurate documentation to support planning, design and delivery activities. This includes gathering information, documenting requirements, maintaining artefacts and supporting team members as work progresses.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Business Analyst contributes to work across a range of initiatives, supporting more senior analysts, designers and advisors to ensure business needs are clearly understood, well documented and aligned with agreed direction.
