Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

CSV Digital provides a comprehensive range of IT services including mobility, network services, software support, court services support, in-court technologies, IT vendor management, business analysis, procurement, transcription services, telephony and communications support. In its ‘day to day' operations the function will aim to ensure courts are properly supported in their day-to-day work and service to the community.
About the Role
Offered on a fixed term 4-month basis and reporting to the Project Manager, he main responsibilities in this role include undertaking analysis work to determine business requirements for jurisdiction-based information processes and systems. The role also involves defining the requirements for improving processes and systems, working to reduce costs, enhance sustainability and quantify potential business benefits. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems.
