About the Business Unit:
Fines and Enforcement Services (FES) is a division within the Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group at the Department of Justice and Community Safety. FES is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines and civil debt judgements in Victoria.
The FES Reform Program aims to provide business stability and continuity for existing FES business services. Simultaneously, the FES Reform Program will prepare the business for the future, including the organisational and technology change required to deliver the Fines Reform Act 2014 and any other future services.
About the Role:
The Business Analyst will provide support to analyse the Fines Reform business domain and document its business, processes, systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
