About the role
In this role you will lead VLA's development, management and use of our built environment – that is our 16 VLA offices across Victoria, and the facilities used by VLA at Courts, including Duty Lawyer offices. You will oversee office leasing, contracts for the provision of built environment services and building management, as well as minor capital works projects. You will also lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team including facilities, fleet, and security staff.
In addition to leading your team of three, you will also be required to work across all parts of VLA, together with external stakeholders (e.g. CSV) and contractors (especially maintenance & trades). A practical and flexible approach is required, together with great stakeholder and project management skills.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
