THE ROLE
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Briefing and Correspondence Officer will play a key role in providing a wide range of support within the Office of the Chief Development Officer and the Housing Development Branch. The incumbent will be responsible for administrative and support functions, including allocation and coordination of briefings, correspondence and ministerial requests for the Branch, maintenance of program management administrative support systems and procedures, ongoing administrative process improvement, payment of invoices and stakeholder management and engagement across Homes Victoria.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Managing the Office of the Chief Development Officer central inbox, be the central coordinator for the Branch and updating tracking documents to ensure timely responses.
2. Provide high level support to the Business Services Manager and provide project, broader administrative and program management support to the Housing Development Branch.
3. Coordinate administrative processes and procedures for the branch to ensure high quality and timely responses to correspondence, briefings and Ministerial requests, including liaising across the leadership team and with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
